Extremely convenient location if going shopping at Mall of America. The staff was amazing, they were very friendly and accommodating. They even gave us two free vouchers to try their breakfast without us asking for anything other than a comfy place to sleep for our last minute trip. :) We had a good stay and truly have no complaints. Check out is later than most other hotels we’ve stayed in, it was at 12:00.

Fire Lake is amazing, a bit pricey, but worth it. The valet guys are top knotch! Location is perfect, you never have to go outside to get to the mall. Rooms were so clean, and housekeeping staff were great! I would recommend requesting to have a room closer to the elevators next time though, those hallways are LONG after a long day walking the mall!!!

The location. The cleanliness. Most of the staff was very nice. The women at the front desk and the Valet staff went above and beyond to accommodate you!! The food at firelake was delicious.. the staff was amazing during breakfast. We ended up tipping our waiter and the 3 line cooks as well because our experience was top notch. Thank you.

The location was absolutely perfect we went for the Mall of America. The room nice walls are too thin we could hear everything going on in the hall way. Food from the restaurant was good just a little to pricey.

I loved the bed and sheets and that the room was exceptionally quiet from outside noise. I liked the bathroom size. Also liked being able to walk right into the mall.
